Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) Bibliography

This bibliography contains references to papers primarily found in archival journals and conference proceedings (although a few noncommercial magazine articles are included as well) where EBSD is either the focus or used in the analysis. We hope to help you find literature helpful to your specific application. If we have missed a paper you have contributed please contact us so we can keep the database up to date and as complete as possible.

The application of EBSD has increased at an exponential rate over the last 10 years.  EBSD analyses are now common place in most well-equipped analytical laboratories and are performed in almost any industry interested in researching, characterizing, or trouble-shooting materials and minerals.

This bibliography provides a compilation of papers related to EBSD, as collected by EDAX-TSL scientists over the years.  What began as a small collection of a few papers has now turned into one of the most comprehensive catalogs of EBSD work performed worldwide.

Please take some time to discover what has made EBSD such a valuable asset in characterization laboratories.
